Wandering Around The Family Tree

The thirteenth photo in the album is Wealthy A. (Lukens) Tyler (1848-1918), Mary Ellen (Ross) Hankins' first cousin and wife of her nephew Rufus R. Tyler. She was also the niece of Lucas W. Hankins' grandfather's fourth wife.   Wealthy A. Lukens was born 26 October 1848 in Pennsylvania, daughter of Derrick Lukens (1811-1871) and Mary Kellam (1817-1886). She married Rufus R. Tyler (1840-1908), son of Benjamin Tyler (1818-1913) and Rosetta Ross (1819-1888) in 1868.   The twelfth photo in the album is Rufus R Tyler (1840-1908), Mary Ellen (Ross) Hankins' nephew, the son of her half-siblings Benjamin Tyler and Rosetta Ross.  Rufus R Tyler was born 30 September 1840 in Damascus, Wayne County, Pennsylvania, the son of Benjamin Tyler (1818-1913) and Rosetta Ross (1819-1888). He married Wealthy A. Lukens (1848-1918), daughter of Derrick Lukens (1811-1871) and Mary Kellam (1817-1886) in 1868.
