Wandering Around The Family Tree

 I've added a digital version of my great grandparents' Charles Joslin Call and Elizabeth Ann Coe's photo album from the 1880s and 1890s to the Internet Archive to make sure that copies of the photographs survive if anything should ever happen to the original album, and so that future family members and genealogists have access to the information.  The digital version has the photos and some of the information from the blog posts about the photos from my blog.  You can find it on Internet Archive at  Charles J Call and Elizabeth A Coe Photo Album   Currently, you need to download the pdf rather than reading it online.     I'm very lucky to have several of my grandmother Evelyn Clara Call's (1895-1962) photo albums. And perhaps even luckier that she labeled many of the photos - so I know roughly when and where they were taken, and who was in the photos.  My grandmother attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois in 1915-1916, and then Cornell University in Ithaca, New York from 1916-1919. In the back of the album are about 50 loose photographs. I'm sharing them in the order they are in the envelope.  Some of the photos date from the 1930s, others from the 1910s and 1920s. Most have no writing on the back, for those that do, I'll include the backs of the images.  Philip Charles Hankins, Elizabeth Ann Hankins, Ralph William Hankins Philip Charles Hankins, son of Francis William Hankins (1897-1983) and Evelyn Clara Call (1895-1962), was born 15 May1931 in Plainfield, Union County, New Jersey. The last ten pages in the photo album have no information about when or where the photographs were taken. For some, I can make a guess - for others - your guess is as good as mine.  Pages 192-193 have unidentified photographs of babies.
