One of the photos in my great grandfather's collection of photographs from Keystone Academy in 1890-1891 is identified on the back as C.E. Decker of Clark's Green, Pennsylvania 

Based on what I've been able to find online, I believe Clarence Emerson Decker (1874-1948)

The photograph I have was taken at the Manchester photo studio in Factoryville, PA. On the back it says  C.E. Decker "old chum"  18 Keystone 91  SB of KA  Clarks Green
